On Monday at about 6:20 am an explosion rocked Mile 3 Park in the Diobu area of the Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Rivers State.
The event occurred as traders were bringing in their goods and wares to the park.
Sources said several persons sustained minor injuries following the ensuing stampede even as several traders quickly packed up and left the vicinity.
