Alake woos Solid Minerals Investors
in tandem with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s resolve to diversify the economy from a monolithic oil dependent one, the Ministry of Solid Minerals Development is making an audacious move of wooing foreign investors to the sub sector.
Towards the actualization of this, the Honourable Minister of Solid Minerals Development Dr. Dele Alake led a Nigerian delegation to Saudi Arabia with the mandate to lure the oil rich Kingdom to invest in the burgeoning Nigerian Solid Minerals sector.
The Nigerian delegation was recently in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a bilateral meeting with the Saudi Arabia Minister of Industry and Mineral resources Bandar AlKhorayef alongside his Vice Minister Mining Affairs, Eng Khaled AlMudifer.
The deliberation which was held on the sidelines of the Future Minerals Forum (FMF) is expected to attract huge investment to the Nigerian Solid Minerals Industry.
